Making Printable Worksheets and Test Variants Without Surprises

Teachers often rebuild the same worksheets every term. Common failures: an exercise split between two pages, no space to write the solution, and versions of a test that do not match the answer key.
Give each exercise its own solving space
Decide how much room a student needs per exercise (centimetres, ruled lines or squared paper) and keep it consistent. Pages should never cut an exercise in half.

Worksheet Space sets the solving space per exercise. Product page
Check the pages before printing
Open the PDF and look for exercises split across pages, headings stranded at the bottom, and pages that are mostly empty. These are quick to fix and expensive to print.

Page Break Check finds exercises split across pages. Product page
Write formulas in plain text
A simple text format that produces numbered, aligned exercises is faster than formatting each one in a word processor.

Math Worksheet Writer turns plain-text exercises into a printable worksheet. Product page
Make variants with a correct key
For tests, shuffle the order of questions and answer choices for variants A, B, C and so on. Each variant needs its own correct key, and a bubble sheet if you grade by scanning.

Test Variant Maker builds variants A-Z with a correct key for each. Product page
Keep a bank of questions with versions
Give each question an ID and a version. When you correct one, you can see which worksheets use it and regenerate them, instead of searching through old files.

Question Bank Sync shows which worksheets a corrected question affects. Product page
Print-scale checks for patterns and templates
If you print patterns or templates, print a 10 cm test line first, measure it, then correct the scale.
Offline browser tools for this: Math Worksheet Writer, Worksheet Space, Page Break Check, Test Variant Maker, Question Bank Sync and Print Scale Check.
They run offline in the browser, so your files are not uploaded anywhere. All products and prices: https://asecrier.gumroad.com
