Worms Armageddon another one in browser
I wanted to see how close I could get to the feel of Worms Armageddon in a browser, so I built Worms.js.
It has Bazooka and Grenade, destructible terrain, wind, explosions, knockback, and fall damage. You can play against a bot, share a keyboard in hot-seat mode, or invite a friend to an online match through a link.
It’s built with TypeScript, React, Three.js, and React Three Fiber. Online play uses WebRTC, with Cloudflare handling lobbies and connection fallback.
It’s a small, free fan project. There’s no sound, and only two weapons so far, but I’ve tried to make the movement, aiming, and physics feel close to the original.
