Show HN: Shape-Aware Icon Morphing

I wanted delightful icon animations in my front-end work, but auto tweening looks horrible, and keyframing every transition is a lot of work.

The essential question was: could we deterministically make the right choices about morphing icons... to the point where it looks like an expert animator did it?

shapcn is my answer. It rigs each icon, then moves the parts in order. One script tag, MIT license, etc. Drop it in and try it out.
