How do you remember code solutions from ChatGPT/Claude after a few weeks?

I use ChatGPT and Claude multiple times a day for coding. The problem: 2 weeks later I need that same JWT solution, and I can't find the original conversation. I either scroll forever or ask the AI the same question again.

How do you handle this currently?

• Notion / Obsidian?
• GitHub Gists?
• Just hope you remember?
• Have a specific system?
