Good UX Is Not Only About Information - It Is About Direction
When reviewing digital products, I often notice the same challenge:
A platform can provide a lot of information but still leave users unsure about what to do next.
My Qavlixa review today focused on this question:
Does the information guide the user?
I looked at:
- information hierarchy;
- context around technical concepts;
- clarity of next steps;
- user orientation. Complex fintech products cannot remove complexity completely. The goal is not to make everything simple. The goal is to make the path understandable.
