Finchb Opens a Help Center as Solana Bird Passes 7,000 Players

The Solana wallet for the web and Telegram explains the app, its products, and exchanging coins in nine languages, adds video tutorials on YouTube and repeats its safety rules.
Finchb, a wallet for the Solana blockchain that runs in the browser, as an installable app and inside Telegram, has opened
a help center at www.finchb.com/help. In 20 articles and nine languages, it explains how the app works, how its products are used and how to exchange coins with the wallet. Inside Telegram, the wallet runs through the Finchb bot, @finchb_bot.
The app, its products, and exchanging, explained
The help center walks through the wallet step by step: signing in, getting back in after losing access, paying in by card, sending to an exchange on the Solana network, choosing the right network, and checking a transaction on the public explorer.
Exchanging has its own answers. Coins from other networks, such as USDT, TON, or BTC, can be paid in and arrive in the wallet as USDC, with the swap partner SideShift doing the exchange, and SOL can be swapped out to another network, for example as USDT on TRON. The screen shows what arrives before the customer confirms.
For the products of the wallet, the help center explains the fees of Solana Bird, Meme Radar and Grid Bot and how their payouts reach the wallet: a Grid Bot withdrawal with one tap, a Meme Radar package paid out by itself at the end of its term, and the Solana Bird balance moved over to the wallet. When a customer pays USDC into Solana Bird or Meme Radar without holding SOL, Finchb covers the network fee.
Each answer lists the steps; the most-asked ones show the real app screen, and where an action costs something, the fee is stated. The articles were written by the Finchb team with AI assistance and checked against the live app.
Tutorials on YouTube
Finchb’s YouTube channel now has step-by-step videos in English: a one-minute tour of the wallet, creating a wallet, installing the app on iPhone and Android, a first deposit, and buying SOL or USDC with a card, each as a full video and as a Short.
More than 7,000 players
Solana Bird, a flying game inside the wallet, has passed 7,000 players in its first month. Payouts from the products of the wallet are public: the first Meme Radar packages have been paid out to customers since late October, Grid Bot withdrawals have run since mid-October,
and every product payout appears in a public Telegram channel with its transaction on the Solana blockchain.

The public payouts page: every payout fromthe Finchb products is listed with its transaction on Solana.
Customers can also share a personal link through the Finchb Partner program and receive a share of the purchases made by
friends who join through it.
Safety rules
With a growing community, Finchb repeats its safety rules. The team never sends the first private message and never asks for the 12 recovery words, and on Telegram Finchb writes to users only through its official bot. Finchb recommends securing every account with a confirmed email address, a password and two-factor authentication.
“Every customer should find the answer in the app’s own words and in their own language: how the wallet works, how each product is used and how to exchange coins. The videos show the same steps on screen, and our safety rules stay simple: the team never writes first and never asks for recovery words,” said the Finchb team.
