Add a phone check without promising ownership

A valid phone format is not ownership, identity or SMS delivery. The anonymous fixture and merchant phone sandbox use synthetic data. Handle invalid and unavailable as separate outcomes; do not silently approve either.

curl https://gridzen.ai/console/api/quickstart/trial \ -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \ -d '{"task": "signup_phone", "scenario": "success"}'

This is synthetic integration testing, not identity verification or production authorization. Real payments are disabled.
